We have used STS Tree Services for a few years now both for maintenance and for the removal of fallen trees on our property. Jack has always been extremely responsive and quick to arrive to give an estimate on price and potential scheduling of the work. When the crew arrives, they are polite, respectful and get the job done. When they say they are coming, they come. They are courteous and professional and leave our property spotless after the work. Before they leave, they walk us through what they did and ensure that we are happy with the result. We really couldn't ask for better service.

Amazing Trimming & Clean up
So glad we hired STS for trimming our very large Norway Maple tree. The crew did a great job not only with the tree trimming but all the clean up afterwards. Virginia made sure that I was happy with the end result before packing up the equipment. They were especially careful of my underground sprinkler system when placing the fertilizer spikes around the tree. In addition, they took the extra step of blowing out leaves from the eavestrough around the garage which sits just underneath the Norway Maple. I will definitely be using them for future tree services.

I have used the professional team of STS Tree Services for 4 years and find them to be most reliable and very knowledgeable. Virginia has been forthcoming with tips regarding fertilization and weed control. “STS Tree Services - July 2020.
We love our trees; we have been living in the same house for the past four decades. We planted every tree in our garden with the hope they will be happy here and as much possible, now they are! The trees grew up very fast and we have hired several different tree service companies to give our trees a haircut, but none of them received a second invitation except STS Tree Service.
Three years ago, we commissioned STS Tree Service to perform the long-needed hair cut for all our trees. I still remember the scene, it was a hot summer afternoon, the street was busy with kids playing outside. They parked their service vehicles outside our house which attracted lots of little kids with their bicycles and tricycle plus their guardians. The team leader assigned the jobs and they moved efficiently and within one and half hours the job was done.
Last week they were here to give our trees another haircut. As usual the team arrived in style, lots of vehicles parked on our street and the team followed me to the garden, and I was surprised they all remembered our trees! The team seemed to know which tree they would love to work with and immediately they went back to the trucks and got their equipment. It was a hot day which didn’t attract as many onlookers as before. After two and half hours the job was done and the team leader walked with me to inspect the work.
Needless to say, I am very happy with their work and would like to share my experience with anyone who loves their trees as much as we do, please give STS Tree Services a call, they are the best and your trees will say ‘Thank You’. ”

“Once again I called upon STS Tree Services to prune my tree and they did another awesome job. I was not aware that my Maple Tree should be pruned every 4 years in Virginia, and when STS Tree Services informed me of this fact and what a difference it made. The tree looks gorgeous. She is such an informed arborist and really knows her stuff. I have had neighbours comment on how nice my tree now looks. My grass is also getting more sunlight and will now thrive.
